These Terms govern access to and use of danoke.com. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. A signed client agreement and Statement of Work govern consulting services and control if they conflict with these website Terms.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about DANOKE Consulting, LLC, its services, products, experience, methods, and inquiry process. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, procurement, or government advice. DANOKE is an independent consulting company and is not affiliated with any government agency.
2. Inquiries and consulting engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, obligate either party, or authorize DANOKE to begin work. An engagement begins only after the parties sign the required agreement or Statement of Work and any applicable payment, information-handling, insurance, security, and capacity conditions are satisfied.
3. Prices and availability
Displayed prices are the approved starting, fixed, or monthly prices identified on the website. A displayed amount is not an automatic quote. Final scope, price, schedule, availability, and payment terms depend on the requested work and are confirmed in writing. Limited Release and deferred offers require the additional gates identified during qualification.
4. Products and third-party services
A product is available for purchase only when its button is active and a functioning seller or marketplace page is provided. Product listings, payments, delivery, returns, and refunds may also be governed by marketplace or transaction-specific terms. DANOKE is not responsible for a third-party website or service merely because it is linked from danoke.com.
5. Acceptable use and restricted information
You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a manner that impairs service, misrepresent your identity, or infringe another person's rights. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, source-selection information, government credentials, export-controlled data, health information, payment-card data, or other restricted material through the public inquiry form.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, designs, frameworks, methods, templates, graphics, product descriptions, and other content are owned by DANOKE or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print limited website content for internal evaluation of DANOKE services. No license to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative commercial materials is granted without written permission.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
DANOKE does not guarantee a federal contract award, evaluation score, procurement decision, business result, or uninterrupted website operation. Decisions remain with the responsible client and government authorities.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DANOKE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website. DANOKE's aggregate liability arising from website use or a product transaction will not exceed the fees paid to DANOKE for the specific product or website transaction giving rise to the claim. For consulting services, the limitation of liability in the signed client agreement controls and is limited to the applicable fees paid as stated in that agreement. Limitations that are prohibited by law do not apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
